We have tried to answer a few of your main questions concerning Get Me On Stage. If you do not find the answer to your question please send an email or give us a call. Get Me On Stage has been designed to help serious bands promote themselves and to help festival organisers deal with submissions.
Why is payment necessary?
First and foremost the payment is necessary for admin fees.
We also want to attract the bands that are serious about getting ahead so they can play some of the best festivals and events the UK has to offer.
The money will also be helped to fund festivals and events around the UK to help keep live music events alive and real.
The payment for each festival/event is not much – only about 1 – 2 pounds per member of an average sized band.
How many festivals can I apply to?
You can apply to as many festivals as you like. The more you apply to, the more chance you have of gaining slots.
When will I find out if I am successful?
This will vary depending on the event but there will be a closing date for each event so you will not find out before this date. The festival will contact you if your submission has been successful.
