Description
A weekend festival of classic rock with a bit of everything else thrown in (folk rock, ska, punk, blues, prog, jazz rock, funk & latin fusion etc).
Cost: Cost of submission £6.00 (60 Credits)

The Cambridge Rock Festival is now firmly on the map and definitely the best of its kind. A festival with a great following and great bands year after year.
Previous acts to have played the Cambridge Rock Festival include, The Stranglers, Thunder, ASIA, Australian Pink Floyd, Quireboys, Tygers of Pan Tang, Deborah Bonham, Wishbone Ash, Monsters Of British Rock and many more big names.
At least two acts will be chosen through www.getmeonstage.com to play at the 2011 Cambridge Rock Festival with at least one playing the main stage. Even though it's called Cambridge Rock Festival, bands of all genres are encouraged to apply as the organisors have stressed that they would like to have music that covers the whole range of styles at the festival
Each member from each act selected to play will receive back stage tickets for the whole four days of the festival and a plus one each. On top of this each band will receive another ten free festival tickets to distribute as they choose. In effect each selected band will receive more than £1000 worth of tickets for the festival!!!
This is a great opportunity to play a fantastic, high profile festival.
