Description
The Wychwood Music Festival quickly gained a national audience and reputation thanks to its eclectic mix of music and creative programming. Time Out described the Festival as ‘an excellent hybrid of the Big Chill, WOMAD and The Cambridge Folk Festival’.

Wychwood Music Festival will take place at Cheltenham Racecourse in Gloucestershire on the weekend of the 8th – 10th June 2012.
Idyllically set beneath the beautiful Prestbury Hills, the site is divided into the Festival Village; encompassing the Main Stage Arena, The Big Top, Workshop areas, Global Trade Village and Healing Gardens, and the Campsite which is a short distance from the Festival Village on ‘centre course’.
At least two acts from submissions through www.getmeonstage.com will be chosen to play at the 2012 Wychwood Festival. Previous acts to have played at the Festival include The Levellers, Duffy, The Divine Comedy, Super Furry Animals and Seth Lakeman. The chosen acts will all receive passes for the festival. The 2012 festival lineup included, The Charlatans, The Waterboys, Ian Anderson Plays Jethro Tull, Cornershop, The Bluetones, The Christians, Eddi Reader, The Wuzels and loads more including two acts chosen from Get Me On Stage submissions -
